Good insurance, tricky website

I recently bought Campervan insurance through the Club and the policy itself was very competitive with good coverage. The member discount made it a no-brainer. Getting a quote online was a bit of a hassle though; I had to re-enter some details a few times before it stuck. Customer service over the phone was helpful when I called to clarify a detail, so that made up for the website's quirks. Delivery of the policy documents was prompt, took about 3 days. Overall, a solid value, but they could really streamline the online application process.

Fantastic family campsite!

We just got back from a week at a family campsite booked through the Caravan Club, and it was brilliant! The kids absolutely loved the play area and the pitches were spacious. Booking was super easy on their app and I got a great multi-night stay offer which saved us some money. We're already planning our next trip for Easter. Definitely recommend Caravan Club for family holidays, you won't regret it!

They're the same thing. They rebranded a few years back to include motorhomes in the name, but it's the same club.

Yeah, it used to be just 'The Caravan Club' but they changed it to 'Caravan and Motorhome Club' to be more inclusive. Same organisation though.

What's the cancellation policy like if plans change? Is it easy to get money back?

It depends on how far in advance you cancel. If you do it well before, you usually get most of it back, but closer to the date there might be a small fee. Check their terms when you book.

Nope, you can't. Pretty sure all their Club sites are members-only. You'd have to sign up first.

I tried once, they wouldn't let me book without a membership number. It's kind of their whole thing, access to those sites is a key member benefit.
